October 10th at 1400 now. Last update was Feb 2011 means almost 8 month now. Pretty bad of nightmare for what happen on unforgettable night of September 28th 2011 at 830pm. Almost 8 years 2 month last met with accident was on 2003 June. September 28th Wednesday while traveling back to BM house, all was clear as I set out from 3G5 home. Always before start ride out will light 3 Josstick for safely arrival. Already more than 3 month am back this manner with my crystal ball. But on this unfortunate day, forget to bring with me crystal ball and when light josstick accidentally twist one of josstick that fragile. Before ride out my mindset read something might happen for that twisted josstick. At end of motorcycle lane to exit to Butterworth,suddenly blackout with vision of pothole insight. All I know I was throw away with motorcycle laid back a metre. Luckily my helmet intact and full of leg and body pain plus bloody hand scratches. One Chinese guy who was repairing car at bus stand came over to help push my bike to side. My colleague Mr Sinu call me but in pain voice i said i met an accident.I sit at side while I take out my phone from my pocket with blood.That Chinese Guy walk away when BM Khor Motor guy came over to assist repair my bike. He call to confirm cost of repairing around $250. He help me to walk across the road to the return to Penang Island path. Waited for 45 minutes my wife came and ask is it still can hold on. All i know still can but hand totally JAM. She decide to take me to Island Hospital. Arrive almost 10pm. Medical staff & Officer attend with just clean my bruise. Bandage plus tape go for Xray hand and head. 1030pm Dr Aaron see and confirm what was said by Med Officer tendon tear.Need operation at estimate cost RM14K. Off to ward at room 306 bed number 3. Almost midnight so my wife went home. Alone try to imaging what had happen as I sms to 4th sis ask her to light back josstick as replacement. But she dont't read it at midnight. Only morning did she forward to 5th sis call me. Tears roll down as am tell out how it happen what pose in sms. Sleep through from Wed nightmare where am suppose seeing my 2 daughter instead laid in bed with injuries of hand & leg. Thurday morning Breakfast take biscuit and Milo. At 930am call to Imaging dept for X-ray again. Difference pose and injection of liquid for MRI. Ask to enter MRI tube as some wonder what is a clean room there with Chinese radio music at play. Not forget the friendly staff and nurse at MRI. Inside MRI for 20 minute of magnetic noise.Back to room wait for lunch.Afternoon at 1230 only Dr Aaron call to his room by his staff.Visit him with all the X-ray taken and MRI result display on LCD display. He confirm need operation but already late into 1pm. Thurs arrange Friday at 134o for operation. Out of his office was ask to sign Operation procedure agreement. Back to room and call to my wife about need of Operation. Thursday pass by with sleep always till wife appeared after 7pm. She bring her laptop but fail to read email as password forget. Just surf Internet till 1130 pm wife need to back to BM for tomorrow work.Sleep through till Friday Morning only given biscuit and barley. Lunch pack not send in as indicate no food by mouth at bed top. Wife arrive around 9 am plus as Venice call in with fried tomyam for wife. They chat till time call for strip naked. No underwear laid on bed of roller to be push to OT. Arrival at OT with staff confirm name and signature of agreement. Put under sleep by Anaesthesiologists Dr Sham Kumar Sadanand. Everything was blackout again like dead body for Dr Aaron operate with laser to join back tearing tendon. Out to room around 4 pm while seeing dinner I can't wait to take. Worst as after 10 mins all burst out as wife call to nurse to inject anti vomit jab. Chat through till time for wife back home am sleep through till Saturday morning. Dr did visit one last before 7pm.All day pass by till Sunday for discharge. Home at 3G5 all the sorrow with tears rolls as relate the incident. Monday morning all ding dong at work call in. Wife call to pick me up after her work as the Sri Kijang owner go home early a day. One whole day online check email follow up and yahoo chat with wife.
Monday night at home as seen my 2 lovely daughter how much I miss them as they too not seen me for weekend. As replacement now can see for 3 to a month. One hope for fulfillment her 7th Birthday will gather together and a visit to her school. Next week if am back to work then her final exam will not able to guide her. Still too early to decide maybe need to back to work but need to go for thread removal plus my scars dried up.Anyhow no mood to back as tons of issue pile up waiting for me as well as mental need check manager want to survive without me as he drive ETooi and Mr Sinu to handle this. Whatever he try all the best to him as well am must prepare and not end of life without Qdos a day. Time to call back with family as I miss them badly as I work back to back for 16 to 18 hours for some 4 month. All devasted for not able to get out from this situation. Imagine my last ETchew left was month of June 2011. Means almost that time of struggle start of end. Whatever to happen still depend how days to end. To be continue after midnight.

Skip and blogging less and ever than previous year. Enter 4th day of CNY now. Nothing much changes nor happiness encounter so far. Financially still very bad so was working environment. Last Dec commented the crazy power manager really insist Operational Manager instead of General Manager. Don't know how this Flex circuit Owner did not sense any crazy zany power manager they have. Don't know what will happen next 10 month. But should I said will he see it through 2012 or that's the end of him 2011. Look like what happen at DCI still not sense here. Maybe due to oldies or contract engineer. No matter what, we did heard one of Indian Engineer been punch by this crazy manager at stomach area. Last week before long holiday break, he smash his pda to floor while asking for prove of AOI can capture zig zag etching defects. Don't understand why did he pick up and test is it function or not. Really crazy till he make new powerless CEO work. Not the other way round of CEO make him work. So CEO post also he want.No matter what, still the truth will prevail. Time will tell if not will tell time by him count down.Maybe time will ease for him to take control if what we call it all perfect flex circuit manufacturer can be. Maybe and so many possibility yet he don't seem to understand this is flexcicuit. Theory might work on paper does not mean on practical too. Every time when he compare Plating improvement he make or any troubleshooting guide he found,still thing come back and his guys rectify it. Not eliminate. Just he did documented but not full proof or he's been fool proof by his guy.As I said time will tell when some of his guy leaving as he get new comer will lash out or walk out of him. It's when time will tell but too late for his face.So much about this crazy power and mental need check people....what a waste when talk about him.

Still look out for some ways of start up instead of waiting at Flexcircuit at this age. Sadly not a chance to change as I hope to go for Agricultural. May sound peculiar but if given will go all out. Not any technology mental check need as we can go back to Basic where food is concern.

In Egypt where riot enter 12 days now for Hosni Mubarak to be out. People stage walk out of him after 30 years in control. Time for Mubarak to go but still not give up as supporter shown to him to battle out. Time will not wait if for all Egyptian be kill by Pro Mubarak supporter just like that Crazy Power Manager. Hahahahahah.

Chinese new year what a sad 1st and 2nd day where prayer after prayer attended but this the worst. Attend alone as financial hit family not allow to join in. Still very bad as will recall how to over come this Feb month even the shortest 28 days. Don't know hope after hope and wish after wish for some miracle to boot out from Factory life. Quarter past Mid night on 6th Feb now. Will wait if Mon 7th of Feb urgent call for LPISM shifted issue at one shot to be solve......
